Everyone on a shift gets an email the night before. If somebody cannot make it they release the slot themselves and it reopens.

Supporters signed themselves up. Students are on the PCO roster and are the only people who can buy at a student price. Board is the only population that can change anything here.
Removing somebody stops them signing in. It does not delete them: tickets they hold, gifts they made and the audit trail all stay, which is why they can be restored. You cannot remove yourself, and the last active board member cannot be removed, because there would then be nobody able to undo it.

Stripe only knows about card gifts. Anything handed over at a table has to be entered here, or the person who gave it is recognised at nothing.

Numbers are assigned in sequence. They can sign in straight away with the email you enter here, and a card is minted for them at the same time. Population decides access: board can change things, students get student pricing, and nobody needs an account here to have joined PCO on Niner Engage.

Appears on pcouncc.org within a minute. Nothing here needs a developer, and nothing here can touch payments.

05 Sell something
Goes live on pcouncc.org/shop within a minute. Money lands in the PCO Stripe account automatically. You never need a Stripe login to sell something.
A student price is not shown on pcouncc.org and cannot be bought there. The public page has no sign-in, so it cannot tell a student from anyone else. Students buy at the lower price here in the portal, where we know who they are.
